Spacious Mountain Retreat w/ Hot Tub & Game Room

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is highly prohibited. Smoking, even for a short time and with the windows open, can leave lasting damage and smell which will almost certainly meet if not exceed the required security deposit you must put down to book our property. Our cleaners check for signs of smoking between each stay. No pets: No pets are allowed on the property, this does include ESA or emotional support animals. While we do recognize the importance of these animals, our home is not set up properly for animals of any kind. The only animal exception are legally registered service animals, and the correct legal documentation will be required prior to check-in. If this rule is broken, you may be asked to leave immediately with no refund. No events or parties of any kind: Our property is offered as a relaxing getaway for families and friend groups. This is a quiet area and excessive noise is not tolerated. If unauthorized or illegal activities occur, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund, legal action may also be pursued. No unlisted individuals are allowed: Even if the individuals are not spending the night. If unauthorized individuals are noticed on the property, you may be asked to leave immediately without refund. Respecting Check-in and Check-out: Please do not attempt to check in prior to 4pm on your first day, our cleaners require all time prior to finish their tasks to ensure you have a clear place to stay. For their safely, we do not allow guests to be on the property while our cleaners are still there, we respect our cleaners and ask that you please do as well. Additionally, please make sure you are checked-out by 10am of the day you are set to leave. Again, our cleaners need this time to prepare for the next guest and we need to respect their strict time frames and safety. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am: This means noises should be down to a level where they can only be heard on the immediate property and that no neighbors can hear you or your activities. Our home is on a septic system: Please do not flush anything that is not toilet paper (items such as paper towels, "flushable" wipes, and other products can cause expensive damage to a septic system) With the septic system, it is also important to avoid putting food waste, coffee grounds, and any type of oil down the drains. Don't Rearrange Furniture: Please leave all furniture in place and do not attempt to do any rearranging. Moving furniture can cause damage to both the furniture pieces and the floor. We have done our best to make the layout as convenient as possible! Please do your Dishes: Before leaving, please ensure that any dishes you have used have either been washed and put away, or are loaded into the dishwasher and started. Take out Trash: It is very important that all trash is bagged and that the bags are tied shut. Loose trash cannot be picked up. Bags can be placed in the trash tote located in the driveway. No Illegal Substances or Activities: Illegal substances and activities are highly prohibited. Legal action will be taken if any such items are found or if any such actives are noticed. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.

Guests have access to the entire property, including all three levels of the cabin, the game room, outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and spacious yard. A large gravel driveway provides ample parking for multiple vehicles.
